If you were up last night to watch the Seattle Seahawks kick the proverbial snot out of the Broncos, you might have noticed a familiar face in one of the ads: the 2014 Jeep Cherokee.
Super Bowl ads are always a wonderful opportunity for automakers to showcase their vehicles with a bit more elbow room. And given the Chrysler Group represents a variety of manufacturers in a variety of segments, they definitely took the time to make sure their models got as much air-time as possible.
The Cherokee is an obvious choice. It's one of those cars with a wide appeal among the adventurous and trail blazers. Since it was launched late last year, its sales have been phenomenal--raking in 10k units every month it's been available. In fact, sales of the new SUV have been so good, they've been close to rivaling other new Jeep mainstays such as the Wrangler.
As you can probably guess, the Jeep brand really played up the Cherokee's independent spirit in its Super Bowl spot. In the event you didn't catch it during the game--or were watching the Puppy Bowl instead--we've included it below.
